Can I access my belongings once they are taken away?
Yes, simply call our customer service number 1-714-709-3073 to make arrangements.
How much weight can I store in a unit?
You are permitted to store up to 3000 pounds in each unit. (about the weight of a small car).
- Can I keep the portable mini storage unit at my location?
Yes, but local restrictions may apply.
- What are your units made of?
Units are wood framed and sheathed (similar to stick built homes) and have steel panels on the exterior for durability.- How big are your doors?
Our doors are approximately 6 foot wide x 6 foot 5 inches tall.
Are my belongings insured when they are in a storage unit?
You must insure your belongings while they are in mini storage. Check with your insurance provider to ensure coverage.
- Are your doors easy to operate?
Our doors are spring assisted to make lifting them easy. In most cases, they can be lifted with two fingers.- What is the monthly cost of a unit?

How much advance notice do you need to deliver a unit to me?
It is good to plan 7 days in advance for delivery, but in many cases we can have a unit to you within 4 hours.
